My Students

My students are eager to be part of our productive society with a lot to say and give. My students have a great deal of difficulty expressing with others due to a lack of vocal expression. This could be the year they will acquire a tool that will give them the means of vocal expression ("a voice").

They are Autistic students currently at a public High School who are getting ready to be part of our productive society.

They are very smart youngsters who have a lot to say but without the tools to give them a chance to vocalize all the things they have to say.

My Project

Getting the iPads with Proloquo 2 Go will give the students the voices they need to communicate within our society. It will give them the opportunity to build their social skills as well as give them an opportunity to be active in their learning process.

This project will boost my students self esteem as well as give them the opportunity to be self motivated learners.

It will foster a faster and more efficient mode of communication to our students eliminating frustrations, all with a quick touch of a finger.
