My class is awesome! I am teaching the GATE cluster this year, and they are eager to learn. Many of them, however, have very little athletic skills or physical endurance. Quite a few are obese. I'm hoping that incorporating CrossFit Kids will help them to learn to live a healthy, happy lifestyle. We are a Title I school in Southern California. About 98% of our students receive free lunch. Nevertheless, we are always one of the top-performing schools in our district, and we always rank at the top of the "similar schools" score for the state testing.
