My fourth graders are voracious readers. They love to read in English and Spanish, but they need new books to keep them engaged. Since I am a new dual language teacher we still need many materials for our class. My students are becoming sophisticated readers, and I need materials that continue to engage them every day. Having new leveled books will help address the needs of each individual child in my class. It will also motivate them to read as they learn a new language. Your help in funding this project will allow me to build a classroom library that addresses their needs and interests.
