The balance balls and stools will provide alternative and flexible seating options for the students in my classroom. My students do not want to sit in a traditional desk all day. They regain focus and excitement when they get to have a choice in where they can sit. Just by giving my students an option of different seating they instantly get more excited and refocus on the topic we are discussing or activity we are doing. The clipboards and lap desks will allow for my students to move freely around the room while they work-whether they are moving to different task cards or just sitting on the floor.
