My students are only 10-11 years old, but most of them are bigger than I am. So, they take up a lot of space when you have 29 students in one classroom. Currently, they're having to sit on the hard, tile floor to read to their Red Bean and Rice partner, work in some of their workstations, or participate in Socratic Seminars. We only have one teacher table, so they're squished when having to sit in the regular student chairs around my table. Several of my students have ADHD, so it's difficult for them to sit in traditional seats for too long. My students need 5 Kore active chairs as additional seating for ADHD students while reading and working.
