My students are AMAZING! Most of my students have learning disabilities that make the general education curriculum difficult for them, yet they come in every day eager to learn and try their best. They are self-sufficient, active participants in the school. I have some that play sports and attend local youth groups in the community. My students make each day an exciting new challenge for me. I enjoy teaching them and watching them grow not only academically but emotionally as well. My room is a "judgment free" environment where not only are we learning language arts and social studies but also how to be responsible and open minded people.
