Desks are a constant challenge in my classroom. My students constantly move them, and that becomes a frustration for both me and my students. Desks also limit the amount of collaboration my students are able to do during workshops and project-based learning. I also find myself constantly trying to rearrange the room to try to find the best arrangements for my students to be able to collaborate. Having tables in the classroom helps foster a collaborative effort for problem-solving and creativity in the classroom. These tables are great because they fold up and can move easily, and they will be helpful for student engagement if we need to make space on the floor for students to work on a project.
