My Students

No matter the age or grade, all students are learning to adapt to a new way of teaching and learning. These gifted students are proactive in learning and ready to grow in all academic areas.

The student's I'll be teaching this year requested and are excited to learn online for the whole school year.

This combination class of First through Third graders are excited to learn from each other. The older student will help and mentor the younger students who look up to them. And the older students will build self-confidence as they show what they know.

My Project

Being the teacher to an online group of students presents many challenges. My intention for this product is to reduce the common problems of sight and sound we are facing during our Zoom meetings. If students cannot clearly see me or I clearly hear them a lot of teaching will be missed or misunderstood. A camera and speakers for my school computer should improve communication. Also, memberships to online teaching sights will give students quality learning opportunities. SpellingCity is one of those sights for learning vocabulary and spelling for all grade levels.
