My Project

I work for a small, title one school in Mesa, Arizona. My students are growing academically, but I would like to help support them further. We have always been the type of school to try and go above and beyond for our students.

Many students from other grades will benefit from the 6th grade "Zen"sory Toolbox!

My goal for this project is to allow my students the opportunity to check out different sensory items to use during the day. By learning these different inputs, they will learn what tools they can use when being overwhelmed.

Please help me give my students the opportunity to explore different sensory when they are overwhelmed so they may build their coping toolboxes before leaving for Middle School.
