My Project

Dear Friends,

As we begin this new year, I would like to bring your attention to two important causes that are close to my heart: caring about my students and supporting their mental health in caring for my classroom.

As we all know, mental health is a critical aspect of our overall well-being. Unfortunately, it is still a topic that carries a stigma in our society. Many individuals silently struggle with various mental health challenges, and it is crucial that we provide them with the necessary resources and support to navigate their journeys toward recovery.

By donating to my Zen Den Refresh, you will be providing workbooks to help students support their mental health and continue to develop coping skills and resiliency. You will also provide them with updated furniture where they can destress and decompress. Additionally, you can provide them with lighting and fidgets that will allow them to continue to have a warm, welcoming environment where they can work towards mindfulness. You can make a tangible difference in a student’s life and truly show them you care. With your help, we can ensure that those who are struggling have a place to retreat to decompress where they know they are safe, warm, and cared about, something they desperately need.
