This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My fourth graders love to read. They are branching out into different topics and titles and I need to keep up with their curiosity and love for reading. We have a classroom library that is in need of more variety in genres and titles.

My students will use these new books during their independent or partner reading time and over the weekend for reading log homework.

They are interested in reading more graphic novels, mysteries, books about animals, and science! My students will be able to engage in books that are interesting and fun so that they can continue to grow into better readers!
