My students are energetic, excited, and engaged learners. They aim to please and are constantly asking questions to learn more. They come to school with a smile on their faces and bring joy to the people around them every day.
I work in a linguistically, socioeconomically, and culturally diverse school.
I work hard to meet the various needs of all of my students. Because my students are so diverse, I want our learning environment to reflect many different learning styles.
My Project
This project will help to make our literacy block more successful. I am asking for a chart stand so that we can work together on the carpet easier. The one we have right now is broken and falls over if nudged. The new one will also have space for storage which will make it easier to have all supplies within reach. I am also asking for privacy partitions that students can use to help block out distractions. The timer will help my students increase their stamina for independent activities. Magnetic strips will help us with writing complete sentences and the comprehension workbooks will help give students access to high interest reading passages for focused instruction.
