Help me give my students electronic tablets to take them beyond the walls of our classroom as we study and read about different arts, artists, cultures, and communities.

As a teacher in a diverse school district, my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am constantly looking for different artistic ways to provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.
My students are creative, clever and open-minded.
Our school is socially and culturally diverse, which makes for a great global learning experience. We are an accredited International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme World School, we provide Dual Language classes to those whose primary language is not English, and are the district appointed School for the Deaf. Even with that much going for us, we need your help so we can soar to even greater heights
My students need 5 Amazon Fire tablets to take them beyond the walls of our classroom as we study and read about different art forms, artists, cultures, and communities. One thing that we stress to our students in the arts is the ability to create something new from our knowledge and the old. I can see young artists "traveling" to far-off places, learning about artists that interest them, finding more information about their favorite art medium, and developing their dreams. I see my students being better than I was at their age and becoming strong, sound-minded, independent people that will inspire change for the better in ALL of our futures.
Your donation will allow students to reach beyond their wildest dreams.
Each donation, regardless of size, is an acknowledgment that you believe in these young artists and their future. You believe they will do great things and reach for the stars - or beyond.
