My Students

Dr. Seuss must have been thinking of my first graders since they love to read EVERYTHING in sight!

Oh the joyous sounds of beginning readers as they dramatize their favorite characters aloud as if no one can hear their thoughts. I smile from afar, but my school is only a few years young and we are already running out of places to keep students' books.

My Project

My first grade friends need a place to keep their well-loved and treasured book collections. The storage trays will provide each child with a special 'resting spot' for their beloved characters Clifford the Big Red Dog and Curious George, hold curiosities: How does an airplane stay in the sky? And capture imaginary adventures to the Grand Canyon and the bottom of the ocean until the next day of reading.
