My Project

I have a class of 20 amazing children in a full inclusion classroom, and we have a dynamic team with multifaceted attributes that we using to form a strong learning team and classroom family. Together, we are all very different and have something special to give! We have worked hard to begin to overcome the deficits left by the pandemic and holes in our education that we are left with. Together we will learn, achieve, and succeed!

One battle due to the pandemic we are faced with is a lack of basic number sense knowledge.

If granted the materials requested in this project, we will work on our number sense using the 100 chart pop-its. With pop-its we will be able to engage and meet every students' learning style. The pop-its will meet the needs of both visual and kinesthetic learners, while the math lesson and lesson closure will bring the last two learning modalities into play, the reading/writing and auditory modalities.
