Help me give my students more ways to learn new skills in spite of their disabilities. We will use the batteries and tablet stands to utilize the adaptive equipment that is used daily.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
The students in the classrooms that I work in have special needs that most have had since birth including moderate to severe autism, seizure disorder, hypotomia, crohns disease, cerebral palsy, dandy walker syndrome, down syndrome, chromosome/sub_Q Deletion, enciphlesel, lissencephaly, spina bifida, hydrocephlus, and facial nerve palsy.
Although these students have these conditions, they come to school as much as they can, ready to learn.
We are often happy to see the skills that they're able to retain, often surprising people that don't work with them on a daily basis.
My Project
The tablet stands will help my special needs students that are not able to held their tablets effectively. Batteries will power our adaptive equipment used daily to learn and practice new skills. The expanding folders will keep individualized education plan documentation in order. Binder coils will help us organize and display our portfolios for every subject areas. This will help us meet the expectations of the Oklahoma State Department of Education.
Most importantly of all, my special need students will be focused on the joy of learning and can take pride in everything they are capable of doing!
