My students need a Microsoft Surface Pro Tablet and cover, which will enhance their analytical thinking and learning in the classroom and boost their math skills.
Sitting on the couch and a commercial came on, and it hit me, why couldn't my students have a Surface Pro to help them out? Technology is a part of the modern world, so it's only natural to attempt to use it as a learning tool. Implementation of tablets presents an opportunity for learning.
My students are fourth graders full of life, even after the devastation of the May 2012 tornado.
Our community recovery is remarkable. They attend a Title 1 school and is a lower income community. Most of our students are on free or reduced price lunch. The only technology they encounter is what we have at school. This is the reason why I want to do as much as I can for my students. They deserve the opportunity to move forward in their education and they deserve to use today's technology to strengthen their learning skills
My Project
As we enter the twenty-first century, excellence in education requires that technology is seamlessly integrated throughout the educational program. With higher standards now in our schools, the Surface Pro will allow the students to integrate analytical thinking along with working out a problem. The individual use of the requested Microsoft Surface Pro Tablet is a way to empower students to learn at their full potential and to encourage students to solve problems and think critically by stimulating analytical thinking. This Surface Pro tablet will help students to have continuous dynamic interaction with other fellow classmates. Higher standards, higher order of thinking, and Surface Pro all go together hand-in-hand.
Most of the students do not have technology at home.
The only way they will be able to practice with today's technology is at school. They deserve the opportunity to practice, so that they success in learning all of the math and reading concepts that are presented to them. With your help, we can help the future leaders of America.
