Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I teach two classes of fantastic 4th graders at North Georgetown elementary School! My students are kind, compassionate, and enthusiastic about learning!
I have a very high population of English language learners, some special education students, and a high amount of low income students that receive free and reduce lunch.
My students inspire me everyday to be my best! I want nothing but to be able to give them the world every single day that they walk into my classroom!
My Project
I've moved into a new classroom. The chalkboards have been covered with paint. It is not a clear space to write on, in order for my fantastic 4th graders to legibly read the board. I believe that getting this Dry Erase Paint to turn these boards into whiteboards will be a much more conducive space to write on for my students. Also having this new board will allow for my students to interact by being able to write on a clean and clear surface. I truly believe that this will make a huge difference aesthetically, interactively, and educationally for my superior students! Thank you in advance!
