I teach a great group of fifth grade students at a small school outside of Peoria, IL. The kids in my class have tons of personality, and they love to have fun. They are all very unique in many ways.
The students that I teach love to be creative, and they love technology.
We try to include technology in some way everyday in my class.
Our students come from a variety of different economic backgrounds with 26% being considered low income. The families of all of our students are what make my school great. Nearly all of our students are lucky enough to have a wonderful support system at home.
I am looking to get a Windows Ink laptop for my classroom. This laptop will not only benefit me but it will also benefit my students in many ways.
My students need a Windows Ink laptop to help with our writing.
A Windows Ink computer allows for students to write directly on the screen using a Windows Ink pen or a stylus. This would benefit my students because we do a lot of different writing assignments using Google Docs. when students are peer editing, and when I am grading, it can be confusing to students when comments are made off to the side of the document. Using Microsoft Ink will allow my students and me to write directly on the document so the students know exactly what needs to be fixed.
