Of course, writers need to read and revise their work. They will better able to do this with the highlighters and erasers that are requested. Lastly, but still a major component of writing is organization. Students will be able to keep all of their work tidy in the desk bins. The individual desk plate pencil holders will help them to always have their tools ready.
The pencil holder cups will serve as a home for "found" pencils, highlighters, and "in case you need" pencils.
