Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
By having some necessary resources for all of my ninety seventh-grade language arts students, the class can go full speed ahead with writing. Learning is interrupted when students borrow supplies from other students or from the teacher when I have extras.
To help my students become more organized and prepared for meeting the educational challenges facing them, some necessary supplies are essential for everyone to have available. By all students having the same resources, those whose families cannot afford supplies will not different from any of the others in the room. Having the necessary resources will allow all students to enter the room prepared to learn without interrupting others for materials.
