My students walk into the classroom every day full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them that day. I want my students to feel successful and enjoy what they are learning in the classroom.
My students are 21st century learners and constantly exploring and collaborating in and outside of the classroom.
My students are hard working, enthusiastic, and always curious to learn more. I love that every day they give their best effort and want to make the world a better place!
My Project
This whiteboard table will be a game changer in our classroom. Students will be able to show their thinking right on the workspace in front of them. This will allow students to more easily share ideas and collaborate on projects involving math, financial literacy, STEM, language arts, and more!
The possibilities are endless when you aren't confined to working on a piece of paper.
Errors are celebrated and learned from in our classroom. With the whiteboard table, those errors will be easily corrected and celebrated during our group work time. New math concepts can be explored in a variety of ways with the help of the table as well.
Currently, students are using personal whiteboards during work time, but students typically run out of space. A whiteboard based table will allow the room my students need to problem solve multistep problems. Other students will benefit in the group as it allows peer criticism and community based learning.
