Our students represent three classrooms of kindergarteners in a Title I school. Fifteen percent of our students have learning disabilities. Our school is a small rural school, where most students live at or below poverty.
The elementary building is qualified for free breakfast and lunch.
36 percent come from low poverty homes.
Many of our students come from single family homes or homes with their grandparent(s). Since our students mostly come from low income homes, they lack resources like books at home.
My Project
We just need your help in getting everything to make us organizer writers! The paper, water colors, and other supplies will be used by the students, so that they may create books. The organizational carts, will help the Writing Center to run smoothly.
The donations to this project will help my students' believe in their writing and creations.
I want my students to be able to create drawings and writings to go with our standards. I want my students to believe in what they are writing about. I believe that these materials will help my students feel great! Thank you!
