My Project

These water pumps and additional materials will allow students to take their learning beyond our classroom as they work together to increase the rate at which the water flows from the solar powered pump. These materials will allow students to participate in an engaging engineering challenge that spans multiple topics.

As students participate in this engineering challenge, they will be strengthening their engineering skills, core ideas about energy and mathematics, and their ability to work as a team.

These materials will make it possible for our class to integrate ideas across all subjects of learning.
