World's Greatest Problem Solvers!

Help me give my students an opportunity to focus on investigations and problem solving rather than routine calculations. A classroom set of calculators will benefit both our general and special education students.

My Students

I have an amazing group of students with diverse backgrounds and unique mathematical needs. My students are inquisitive, creative, hard-working and have a strong desire to learn.

Our students utilize investigations, inquiry and problem-based learning to discover how mathematical concepts relate to them, their communities and the world around them.

Our students have a love of knowledge and a desire to be life-long learners. They have a compassion to make our world a better place. I invite you to bless these amazing students with your donation.

My Project

7th and 8th grade math concepts grow increasingly more abstract compared to previous years. Students need to be able focus their efforts on exploring new concepts. In a classroom with diverse mathematical levels and learning styles, students must be able to explore their curiosities in a manner which promotes their own personal growth. The students in my classroom are at levels from 4th through 9th grade. It is imperative that I be able to diversify my classroom so that all students are able to reach their fullest potential. A set of calculators will give my students an additional to use on their path to success.
