My Students

My students are very motivated and are hard workers. These students need a space where they can relax and discuss ideas a part from the regular classroom desks. I want to create a space where they can do that. I am hoping this funding will help.

My Project

School can be very stressful. In my classroom, I want to create an area where students can go to relax away from the classroom desks and computers. In this area their brains can relax. They can sit and discuss their ideas. I want them to feel relaxed and comfortable in my room so that they can do the high level thinking skill and research that the courses that I am teaching them require. I hope that a space like this will help students to grow and prepare for their next steps academically and personally.
