This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students love hands on learning. They are creative, thoughtful and full of questions! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take chances in order to grow both personally and academically. Truly, they are my inspiration!

Some students in my classroom don't complete practice assignments at home because of lack of supplies and resources.

They love hands on learning, and also we incorporate music and movement songs to keep them engaged. We incorporate a variety of learning strategies, group work, and alternative seating and learning options to ensure that each student's needs are met, right where they are! They are an amazing group of students and I am so lucky and thankful.

My Project

The donation of wireless headsets to our classroom will encourage my students to engage in using technology as a fun way to learn. Preschoolers love using the tablets in our class.

By donating to our project, you will not only help to increase student attention and focus, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement.

The headsets will be used with our class tablets for our literacy program and other fun games. We diversify learning and meet the students where they are in order to encourage them based on their learning style.

The donation will help our students engage in technology in a fun way, and be more willing to engage in literacy and learning.
