My Students

JAG (Jobs for America's Graduates) students are students preparing for post secondary life. This means that students are actively preparing for college, workforce, or military. Students are juniors and seniors in school.

Students in this program are driven to succeed regardless of the barriers that may stand in the way of their success.

The students work closely with their teacher to establish goals for high school graduation and beyond. The students are hard works that want to be successful young adults.

My Project

The need for students to come to the JAG class with a one to one opportunity is imperative to preparing for post secondary life. In our world today, everything is done through the world of technology. We look for jobs online. We apply for jobs online. We apply for college online. We apply for Financial Aid online. We do much of ourdaily work as adults online.

Students need to have access to technology on a regular basis.

By helping the JAG classroom fund 10 Chromebooks you are giving students access to real world opportunities for preparation for life as they will know it after hig school graduation.

The technology will stay with the classroom teacher but allow students in the JAG program access at any given time as a JAG Class is typically 10-15 students per class period for a total of 3-4 class periods.
