My Project

One of my favorite activities in my culinary class is our weekly cooking labs.

Students have told me that the only reason they came to school that day was that they knew we were cooking and didn't want to miss out.

That is a pretty powerful statement to hear as a teacher. It also shows how important this learning opportunity is to my students.

For cooking labs to happen, I need a foldable cart to bring groceries from my car to the classroom. This is something that will help me work smarter, and not harder.
