Help me give my students more options for flexible seating. We currently have yoga balls, rocking chairs, and stools for working in small groups, but these Kore stools really help with those that need extra movement while learning.
I have a classroom full of eager learners that have had a great time learning. We are a high energy group and need brain breaks and choices in seating to learn best.
The library in our school has great flexible seating and we sometimes go in there to learn.
My kids love that they are able to wiggle and wobble on the movement stools and use yoga balls to balance while they read.
We are a community of learners. We love learning and we are eager to try new things in the classroom. We have some flexible seating in the classroom but I would love to not have to choose who gets a special seat!
As 7 and 8 year olds we move around a lot in our learning, but some times seat work is required. These flexible seating options are a great way for kids that need that extra mobility to stay at their desk and still get their work done. It's proven to work in the library and several other classrooms in our school.
I know that my students will benefit from being able to move their bodies while they continue to learn.
We are physically active during the day, but why stop with brain breaks. Let us continue learning while still using our energy productively.
