Wobbly, Wiggly, and Just a Bit Giggly
My students need Wobble Stools to help them focus and start shifting our classroom to one with several alternative seating options.
The mind and body are connected, so a body in motion is a mind in motion.
Despite some of the hardships my students have faced, my class shows up ready to learn every day!
My students are little, but they are full of great big wiggles. These stools will allow students to move while working, resulting in better attention paid to their work. They are a very caring bunch and I would love for them to see that other people (some they don't even know) care about them, too!
My students will take turns with these Wobble Stools. Eventually, I'd like to have one for each student, but for now, we will rotate them daily. Students will be able to wiggle, rock, and fidget in a much safer manner than is possible with our current, standard chairs.
Because these stools allow students to safely wobble while they work, they make the phrase "A body in motion is a mind in motion" ring true.
Wiggling while students work is not a bad thing, as long as it is done safely. These stools will encourage safe movement while working.
