My Students

I am a first year Special Education Teacher and I would love to have some of the wiggle stools for my students. The students are extremely hard workers but they are very easily distracted and their attention spans are short. The stools are a starting point in creating an environment where students can relax, move and learn.

My mission in education is to make sure that my students get the tools and life-skills they need to be successful.

I am looking forward to seeing my students wobble while they work.

My Project

Having the students sit on wobbly stools will help them to focus more on the activity that we are doing in class. The wobbly stools will help with the grades of students who have a hard time sitting still. It will also help with the overall environment of my class. I am Special Education therefore I have a lot of different characteristics in my classroom. Anything that will help them to focus on getting the material will in return help with the overall learning process. I am hoping to have a hands on learning environment where the kids feel safe and love learning.
