Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are a diverse group of learners who are always trying hard to succeed in our class. We are the Junior First Grade class and all of these students are struggling first graders who need a little bit of extra support to learn. I am looking to be able to give them that support!

These students don't have a lot of home support and are mostly ELL, making learning that much more challenging for them.

I am working to try and ensure that they can close the gap and catch up to their same-age peers.

My Project

These Kore wobble chairs will help certain students in my class who have a hart time staying seated long enough to complete their work. These students are constantly fidgeting and saying that they are uncomfortable, so I am hoping that this may help them sit for long enough to learn.

By working on balance while they are sitting, my students will not be so distracted and will be able to concentrate on their success!

These students need extra support to reach their learning goals and this product can help them to reach those goals. I hope that my students can be more comfortable in their classroom environment with these chairs.
