My students need flexible seating options in our classroom. The wobble chairs will allow my wiggle worms to learn while still moving. The beanbag chairs will provide a comfy reading environment where my students can relax.
I work in a small, Title 1 school in a rural area. My classroom consists of 17 students who come from a variety of backgrounds and cultures. My students work very hard and are eager to learn.
In my classroom, I have created a sense of family and love.
We spend our time supporting one another, learning new things, and having fun all the time.
As their teacher, I want to make sure I do everything I can to support and encourage them. I want to provide all of my differentiated learners with materials that will help them to succeed. Any of these materials would greatly benefit the students and would be truly appreciated!
My goal is to provide my students with as many flexible seating options as possible. I know my students and how they learn best; therefore, I believe flexible seating will benefit my students tremendously.
The wobble stools will allow my wiggle worms to move and groove while learning at their best.
The bean bags and pillows will give them more options and space to sit on the floor. My students love to move around the room while staying engaged and focused.
I hope that these options allow my students to be more comfortable throughout the day and be able to learn in their own way.
