Do you remember what you were like in middle school?! Go ahead, think back to ages 12-14. Now think of a teacher you had during that time that you truly feel inspired you or helped you in some meaningful way. Congratulations if you are smiling while remembering an awesome teacher! Our students are the heart of our campus and we appreciate each and every one of them and their hard work. Our classroom has a very family-like atmosphere as I would consider us to be close as we have really awesome student-teacher rapport.
Middle school, you either love it or are scared of it!
LOL! This is my first time creating a Donors Choose Project so I have decided to start small by asking for some materials that will help keep us more organized as a class. I am asking for 8 plastic, 3-drawer carts (one for each small group). I am understanding that being and staying organized is necessary for higher learning. I got the idea from Pinterest.
These plastic, 4 drawer storage units will be greatly appreciated by my many students. I got the organization idea from a Pinterest not too long ago. I want to put one unit in the middle of four desks. What we will keep inside each unit: scissors, glue sticks, rulers, erasers, lined paper, their history textbooks, and ELA notebooks and novels. This will leave much more space in their small desks for the three different student envelopes, of my three different classes (with one rotating each trimester), and their own pencils and library books.
Sometimes it takes a village and we just don't have the budget to purchase all of the materials needed for every good idea we have so every cent counts and is definitely appreciated.
Thank you to all who take the time to read this and then donate.
