Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Our community school is very diverse where many backgrounds and languages are represented. For most of our students, English is not their primary language. As a result, my students face challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the challenges they face on an everyday basis, I am always looking to provide my students with meaningful learning experiences.
My students show up to school excited and ready to learn.
It is my goal to help my students not only reach the next reading level, but to keep my students motivated to learn.
My Project
These keyboards and mice will help my students instantly. A wireless keyboard and mouse will maximize learning time. We have three computers to a table and as tight as it is, all the wires get in the way. With having wireless keyboards and mouses, the students won’t have to spend time untangling or adjusting cords.
Going wireless will also provide more space for student work.
They will be able maximize their instructional time by placing their notes pages on the tables without requiring something to write on.
The wireless keyboards will enable my students to freely write, research and explore during all subject areas. This lets the student release any stress and focus on their final piece.
