My students are great, they are ready to learn and they come into class. There are many smiling faces in my classroom. The girls will come into class and give me huge hugs, the boys will come into class and give me fist bumps. I love these little kiddos because they are full of energy and just want to participate in all aspects of school. Many of my students are EL students and they just love to participate and help where they can. My students are quiet and I love to hear them when they have a suggestion or a question.
My Project
My students have Chromebooks and sometimes have trouble moving things around using their trackpads or their track pads do not click or select the correct item for a test, quiz, or assignment. Chromebooks are used throughout the day for reading, math, science, social studies, and when listening.
When my students are working on their science modules and they are having difficulty completing the assignment due to not being able to move freely around or click, I would like to help alleviate their frustrations.
They have a hard time using the touch pads to move answers for quizzes and tests. Sometimes students get so frustrated they do not want to take the test. Being able to supply students with their own mice to go with their Chromebook we will be able to move with less frustration through assignments more quickly
I cannot wait to see what my students can do when these frustrations are removed.
