Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

My students light up my day. They are a beautiful mixture of Special Needs Children. We are a Title One school so many of my students receive free and reduced lunch. Some home situations are pretty rough for my kiddos so when they come to school I always want to make it as exciting and rewarding as possible. I do whatever it takes to put a smile on their faces.

My Project

My students have worked so hard this year. Covid has brought many challenges our way but I want to show my students just how much they mean to me by purchasing new headphones that are comfy and a printer to use as display in colors that keep their attention. The chairs are an extra bonus to make them smile especially when they are having a difficult day. We thank you in advance for making our year. The students are excited to see what the new year will bring and some am I.
