Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

The talented students at our school have organized a winter showcase and a winter fashion show where students can show off their skills and need supplies to create backdrops and decorations!

My kids are very talented students who want to get the community involved in their school .

They have taken initiative to create 2 events where they can showcase their talents. They want to bring the community into our school and entertain them. This initiative creates a positive spirit within the student body and promotes school spirit.

My Project

These materials are basic art supplies which will go along way when it comes to making decorations for their upcoming events. We do not have the supplies available currently at our school and its very important to create a festive atmosphere for both of these events.

This project is important because at our school there has been a lack of school spirit in the past and seeing the students get excited about events they have created is inspiring and should be supported.
