My students need age appropriate books that discuss the continents and traditions in those continents. We need five copies of five book titles, and single copies of 14 book titles. These books will be used for home reading to learn more about the seven continents on Earth.
My school is situated in a great valley. We have a growing population that stretches budgets and library books, most of which are too difficult for first grade students to read and comprehend.
First grade students are eager to read and learn about the world around them. Winter Holidays Around the World is a chance to talk about Earth and different countries with their different traditions. Students find it intriguing that not all populations celebrate Christmas. It also gives the students a glimpse of the large Earth they live on. These books also provide real life photographs of their world.
First graders love to take home books to read with parents, pets, alone, or with friends. We need five copies of five book titles, and single copies of 14 book titles. These books will be used for home reading to learn more about the seven continents on Earth. These book titles will explain continents and countries of the world in age appropriate language. It will also provide a grade level descriptions of differences and similarities between our country and other countries.
You help will make it possible for my students, for years to come, to learn about their world with language they will understand and real life photographs that they crave. Through these books
