Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
It is nice to see my students enjoy coming to my classroom. My classroom is a fun safe place where they can absorb information and have fun while doing it. They have an interest in all academic subjects, but especially in reading which is what I teach.
With reading being very important, I would like to create a positive mindset atmosphere where they can use educational resources to help progress their thinking skills and confidence within the learning environment.
My vision is to expand some educational materials, and return my classroom to its full educational environment.
My classroom experienced damage due to Hurricane Irma and we lost some of our learning resources, and all of our decorations. Students enjoy learning through educational games as well as reading books. This helps promote a positive mindset environment where every student can learn.
It is crucial for students to be exposed to a variety of learning tools to help them succeed academically. In doing so, I plan on expanding my educational resources, and a happy decorated space to reach different interests and promote a pleasant and safe haven.
My Project
Due to some unfortunate circumstances we had some damage due to Hurricane Irma in our school. Some materials and supplies need to be replaced. This school year I wanted to share the emphasis of a positive mindset.
I want my students to understand the concept of hard work, and that mistakes are great lessons to learn from.
I also want them to understand even though some things need be replaced we can always move forward.
