My Project

My second-grade scientists are excellent observers, collaborators, and innovators. I enjoy watching them explore, investigate, observe, and ask questions - as good scientists do! - each day in our classroom.

These science centers have been chosen to give my students the opportunity to explore new science concepts and support independent learning during our study of the Earth's weather and climate and the impact they have on our planet.

Hands-on learning helps foster my students' natural sense of curiosity and discovery. These materials will help my students build 21st-century collaboration skills, develop robust science understanding, and lifelong learning skills.
