My students need access to flexible seating in order to gain more focus in the classroom.

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I teach in a Title I district, where the majority of students receive free or reduced-price breakfast and lunch. The students come to school ready to learn and know they are in a safe, loving environment. They come to us eager to learn and use the resources we have available to them. This group of students comes from backgrounds that lack appropriate resources for them to truly excel with their learning.
The students are coming to us ready to strive for the best.
My goal is to supply all I can, to ensure they will be successful and their future will continue to be bright.
Having multiple varieties of seating within our classroom, will help students to be excited to learn and have the freedom to get the wiggles out. Often times, students have a hard time sitting for extended periods of time and lose focus.
The joy and excitement my students will get from just having the option to choose what they sit on, or near, will help motivate them to do their best and excite them to be here every day.
Sharing the excitement of school, will then become contagious for their peers and other school mates. Focus will no longer be an issue for multiple kids.
