My students need to be able to get their wiggles out during the school day, and the Stay-N-Play Inflatable Balls will do the trick! We also need a horseshoe table.
Imagine being in an environment, where every tiny task is met with excitement and a unanimous "YES!!!" My students are full of life and love for learning. They make my job an absolute joy and, in return, I strive to make their learning environment a joy for them to walk into every single day.
Collaboration and teamwork are key when tackling the various reading and writing assignments required for 3rd grade.
My students enjoy bouncing ideas off of one another and are great at compromising and effectively coming to a consensus where both parties get what they want out of their projects. It blows my mind how respectful they are to one another and how they sincerely value each other's opinions and ideas.
My students make me proud on a daily basis. There's no greater feeling.
My Project
3rd grade requires my students to sit for several hours during the day. That is a hard task for 8 and 9 year olds! Plus it is not very fair to force my students to sit in hard, plastic chairs all day long. We try to move around as much as possible, but they still end up back in their uncomfortable chairs.
The inflatable ball seats will help my students get their wiggles out, to stay active, and most importantly, to stay focused during the school day.
When I showed my students that the inflatable chairs could be an option, they all screamed with excitement. Every single student wanted one of their own! Please help my students' dreams come true! I also swap with another teacher and 48 students will benefit from these seats!
I am also requesting a horseshoe table for my intervention and small groups. It would be so amazing to have a table that I could have equal sight lines to all students at my table. I teach a special reading intervention program for our school, pull small groups and tutor. This table would mean the world to me, as well as help me to assist my students with their work!
