Help me give my students the best way to learn with alternative seating options; allowing the students to use Active Wobble Chairs will not only improve their posture but help those with ADD/ADHD focus better.
Whether my students are walking into a brand new school or a new country, everyone is here to feel loved and to learn.
My creative and energetic friends have become a classroom family while here at school.
Over 80% of the students receive free lunch. I want them to come into the room and feel that this is a place where they can feel comfortable being themselves, all while learning at the same time. My students are with me for eight hours out of their day and they deserve to feel the best that they can while here.
Too many times there are things that happen that are beyond a student's control. Here at school it is our job to do the best we can at reaching every student's peak potential.
My Project
The surf portable lapdesks will allow students to work comfortable around the room with the chromebooks. They can sit on the floor while still being able to focus while using technology or writing.
The active wobble chairs will allow any students with focusing and attention issues to wiggle while they learn.
At the same time, the active wiggle seats improve their posture. The chair bands will also give the students who sit in a chair the ability to move without distraction and still be able to focus.
Alternative seating is the next best thing in learning. So many children learn in different ways. Why not give them the options to find the one that works best for them in the classroom!
