I have an amazing group of Kindergarteners that are brilliant. I teach in a suburban area mixed with a little rural. These children are special because they love to learn in any way that is active. We love to jump out sight words or count doing push ups. They are always coming up with inventive ideas of how to move and learn at the same time.
Wiggle stools help young students that are learning how to sit and focus on a task. By allowing them to move their body while working it helps give them the outlet they need for their body to continue to move without distracting others while doing so.
Motivation is key to gaining a student's attention and students will love the chance to sit in them and move their bodies.
In kindergarten, we do all we can to help install a love of learning into our students. By allowing them to feel comfortable they are more willing to learn.
