My students need materials to create a student-centered classroom. My students need Learniture Active Learning Stools, as well as a class set of flashlights and clipboards to encourage learning in a fun and active way.
My second graders love to learn. My class is full of curious and hard working boys and girls. My students are intelligent, energetic, and full of ideas! We spend long days together and have grown into a family this year. We are working harder than ever, and I am so proud of everything they have accomplished. I love watching the light bulbs go off when they finally get something they have been practicing, but what I love even more is when we laugh and learn together.
My Project
When students use their bodies in the learning process, it can have a big effect, even if it seems silly or unconnected to the learning goal at hand. The Learniture Active Learning Stools will provide my students with the opportunity to keep their bodies and minds active during small group instruction. Clipboards, magnets, and flashlights will allow my students the opportunity to complete their daily work in new and exciting ways.
Incorporating exercise and movement throughout the school day makes students less fidgety and more focused on learning.
Improving on-task behavior and reducing classroom management challenges are among the most obvious benefits of adding physical activities to the school day.
