Wholehearted Music Students Need Wireless Tour System Sets
Help me give my students a commander tour wireless system to assist with in-person class rehearsals and performances when they return to in-person learning to be able to still hear each other while social distancing.
Our students love music. They are passionate about music and music-making. Music is what keeps them motivated to come to school. They excel in music, despite our school being situated in the midst of five federal housing projects.
Most of our students come from homes of highest poverty.
Our school has a 70% highly disadvantaged rate.
Beautiful music comes out of our orchestra room. Our students play with great passion. Music is what they excel at. Our students would never have been able to play in an orchestra were it not for the school orchestra program.
My Project
The née wireless tour headsets will help our students to learn when they return to in-person learning to help hear and be in sync as they social distance. During hybrid learning they will be able to tune in and hear as students also learning synchronously in virtual learning. The wireless tour headsets will also help students during any in-person performances where it might be difficult to hear one another due to social distancing. This will help students to aurally learn by playing with each other from a distance. Students often comment how it is difficult to hear one another while performing in noisy situations or when they are at a distance to one another. Music is an aural art form and any assistance with providing clarity in this area will help students to continue to learn in music. The new wireless system will also help our in-person learners be able to hear and interact with our synchronous virtual learners and vice-versa. The wireless system will help our students to continue to make music and hear instructions and other players while at great distances from one another. They will be able to play music in time with one another. Thank you!
