My Students

My students are curious, brave, and inspire me everyday; they are definitely worth starting my days early and ending them late. My favorite thing is to see a student who is learning to work with computers build their self-efficacy by desiring to learn, listening, and moving through the content at high levels.

My students are capable of doing great things and as their teacher, I can be a positive role model and influence their lives for the better.

They are phenomenal!

My Project

Creating a financial portfolio requires work, planning, and multiple forms. With these materials, we could print forms for developing SMART goals, saving tips, personal and household budgets, checkbook and bank reconciliation forms to work with. We could then print their completed forms to build their portfolios.

We dive into determining student financial futures by learning, discussing, and developing financial plans for the future.

These resources would be helpful to ensure students had additional materials to compose their own financial portfolios for the future. Skills students learn by doing so will help them to understand spending, planning, budgeting, and bank accounts. These skills lay the foundation for students to have a greater understanding of future lessons such as credit.
