We are 4th graders who reside in a suburb of New York. Our classroom is comprised of two English Language Arts ICT classes, taught in a departmentalized model. The 60 diverse children include general education children and children with disabilities. In addition to being made up of 40% students with special needs, both classes have students who are extremely bright and need to be academically challenged. Although our students come from different backgrounds, they all have something in common: they are excited, eager to learn, and love to participate in class discussions and activities. It is our challenge to keep them engaged and learning.

My Project
We are a classroom that is always working! Our approach is Project Based learning, so gone are the days of notebooks and textbooks. We learn by doing! In order to do so we need the necessary tools and supplies.
A new school year means new supplies!
Please help us to get the classroom supplies we need to make and create our wonderful learning activities throughout the year. Everything helps us to have choice of paper and supplies, and have them in an organized way. We also love to be rewarded for our success so there's a lot of things we can earn too like classroom jobs and free homework passes!
